Massage Therapy

Both preventative and restorative, massage therapy is an excellent addition to your chiropractic program, or even as a standalone service.

Massage and
Chiropractic go

Adding massage to your chiropractic care is a perfect way to reduce stress and tension in your body. While chiropractic works on the nervous system that controls the muscles in your body, massage works on the soft muscle tissue.

Together, massage and chiropractic can help you recover and progress more quickly on your journey to wellness.

Meet your massage therapists

Pauline Buller

Pauline views wellness as a collaborative effort that includes the therapist and client working together to meet the client’s individualized health and wellness goals.

She views clients as self-healers and guides them back to a state of harmony and balance by creating an environment for healing. She facilitates and holds space as a body and energy therapist that honors the roots of indigenous healing modalities with sincere practices for clients to release held patterns, suppressed emotions such as pain either from injury or trauma. Through heart centered intentional and conscious massage, bodywork and energy work modalities she meets each individual client by honoring their diversity of mind body spirit. She facilitates flow of the bodies soft tissue structures (neuro-lymphatic pathways, facia, muscles and joints) in conjunction with the central nervous system working with the body in depth with the practice of mindful breath to body connection. She practices with an integrative style, in the sense that she incorporates not only evidence-based modalities but allows for personal spiritual development.

Her background in Complimentary and Alternative Medicine as part of an integrated team as an Integrative Health Practitioner with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing and Pediatric Integrative Medicine guided her over the last decade to bring a complete experience to preventative health and wellness, acknowledging that the body is your very own laboratory, a testing ground for the trials and triumphs of life.

Her clients report feeling internally balanced and harmonized better able to be mindful and present to life. Alex DiGrazia

The biggest influence on Alex’s massage work is Structural Integration. He uses both gentle Osteopathic techniques and Swedish/Deep Tissue to address the structural imbalances at the root of pain and dysfunction. His favorite style of treatment is Craniosacral and myofascial release. Alex is also a certified Medical Qigong practitioner and offer energetic treatments and Medical Qigong prescription exercises in a Traditional Chinese Medicine framework.

The majority of his work is influenced by his experience with Medical Qigong, an energetic modality that fuses the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine with meditative movement practices to balance the body’s “Qi” (chee). Central to this practice is the notion of mind and body as one integrated whole. It is amazing for psycho-emotional health, musculoskeletal pain, digestion, sleep, and athletic optimization, to name a few.

Branching out of Medical Qigong is Alex’s obsession with healthy posture, and what it means to have a realistic, balanced relationship with posture. When not servicing clients at Linea, Alex enjoys meditation, playing music and skateboarding around town.
